Great Wheel Studio, Inc. (“Great Wheel Studio,” “we,” “us”) operates greatwheel.studio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need and we don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you join our list or a membership tier, we collect the information you give us — your email address, your name (optional), and, if you opt in to text updates, your phone number. We also keep a record of your communication preferences (whether you asked for email and/or SMS) and basic activity on our own surfaces (for example, that you signed up, or which tier you chose). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the updates you asked for (new music, releases, and shows), to operate and improve the studio’s direct-to-fan relationship, to fulfill any membership or purchase you make, and to keep records we’re legally required to keep. We only email or text you on the channels you consented to, and you can opt out of either at any time.
Your choices & rights
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” — which we do not do. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we’ll honor it.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the studio — for example, our cloud/data hosting (Google Cloud), and, when active, our email service and payment processor — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Retention & security
We keep your information for as long as you’re on our list or have an active relationship with us, and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it on request. We protect it with access controls and industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
